The History is our history. The snowflakes and the far left is trying to rewrite our history.

We have for over 500 years celebrate Christopher Columbus as the discover of the new world and that is part of our history. No snowflake have ever done anything for our country, so NOW we need to stop this Rewriting of our history.
Christopher Columbus is one of our biggest heroes from the history. I call in all to help us save Columbus Day.
Here is some fact about Christopher Columbus (From Historey.com):
1. Columbus Day was named a federal holiday in 1937.
2. Although Columbus sailed from Spain, he was actually born in Italy.
3. The day is celebrated in many places around the world with several different names.
4. People have been commemorating this event since colonial times, but Colorado was the first state to make the day an official holiday in 1906.
5. San Francisco has the oldest continuously running Columbus Day celebration in the US. Its annual Columbus Day parade started in 1868.
6. After 36 days of sailing westward across the Atlantic, Columbus and several crewmen set foot on an island in the present day Bahamas, claiming it for Spain.
7. Columbus continued their journey, visiting the islands of Cuba (which he thought was mainland China) and Hispaniola (now Haiti and the Dominican Republic, which Columbus thought might be Japan?!.) He to meet with the leaders of the native population.

This is our history and it should not be changed. Please spread the news and lets get many to sign this petition.
Thank you!!
