Think you've been shadowbanned and think that it's unfair that Instagram never told you about it? Recently, Instagram has been "shadowbanning" some accounts that "supposedly" doesn't fit their terms of service. But as far that I know off, most of the targerted accounts haven't posted anything unlawful (hate speech, crime, nudity, drugs, etc.) In fact, Instagram might have been Shadowbanning accounts RANDOMLY. What's worse it that people have reported to Instagram before but THEY HAVENT GOTTEN A RESPONSE. Most people use hashtags because they need to reach out to people, but since Instagram is shadowbanning, many users wont be able to reach out to others, therefore seriously affecting their business. If Instagram is letting us know why are we being targeted, then we could change our wrongdoings, but since it hasen't responded, this will make users confused, worried, and hopeless, even if they are innocent.
By doing this, Instagram is violating the first amendment of the US Constitution by restricting freedom of speech
