whats wrong with basket ball shorts

The issue is young pupils being pulled out class, because of basketball shorts which i myself have experienced! There is absolutely nothing wrong with knee length basket ball shorts. We live in Mississippi and it gets really hot and basketball shorts are a must during the hot weather when girls like myself cant wear tank tops! Its absolutely sweltering having to wear pants or long skirts with leggings under. The only solution is to simply allow this minor change in the schools dress code.
