The parking in Providence Place is out of hand. It appears that one side of the community, residents can park ANYWHERE and the other side is off limits. Even if an owner of a unit HAS a garage, they are free to park their unwanted, unused vehicles on the side of the community without garages anytime they want to. YES! We must accommodate their "extra" vehicles that they can not fit into their garage or driveway by allowing them to park in FRONT of our units AND they can leave their vehicles there forever if they want to!! This is ridiculous and part of the parking congestion on the non-garage side of the community. The property values here at Providence Place are all pretty much the same. Our tax assessments are also the same. Our HOA fees (which are on the high end) are all the same. Why do we not have ANY parking rights here? Put a stop to this! Please sign this petition today!
