Rude, Inconsiderate, Money Hungry

I am aware I am not not the only one who has had several issues with Tampa Electric at this time we as customers need to take a stand. I am a very hard working young adult and for someone to be taking my hard earned money and not providing excellent quality and customer service is very poor excuse just because you are the only electric company in town and your on your high horse doesn't mean the customers should be treated poorly, not willing to work with customers who may be going through life unexpected hardships, managers and csr's hanging up on you, long wait times, poor quality in certain areas such as riverview, extremely high bills. WE the customers pay the managers and csrs and the ceo's salaray so we should be treated better and provided excellent service its time for a change our voice should be heard im pretty sure the ceo, managers and csrs need a job as well as we the customers need electric but this business relationship should be less stressful would u agree?
