STOP free healthcare for part-time officials

Wentzville, MO Board of Alderman voted 3 for and 3 against tax dollars purchasing healthcare for part time elected officials. Mayor broke 3 to 3 tie by voting in favor of expenditure. Remove option for tax payer funded healthcare to ALL part-time employees including elected officials. Same BOA defeated same option in 2014.
