Help save my children from emotional abuse.

My daughter has been taken to the doctors office on numerous occasions for puking in school and wetting her pants. This has caused her to miss school. All of these occasions sorround the summer vacation. This has been happening since she was 6. She is now 9. My son starts streaming tears and cannot handle even the smallest stressors, anything from struggling with homework, asking to have his elbows off the table or letting him know that his shoes are untied. He cannot handle stress; it goes away in the winter and does not come back until the start of the school year. After 3 years of trying everything from Doctor visits to counseling I took them in for a mental health screening. My children where diagnosed with Post Tramatic Stress Disorder. During my divorce and separation 3 yrs ago the parenting plan decided upon was for the kids to travel out of state to visit with their mother for summer vacation and other small vacations. The Menatl Health screening diagnosed that there is enough emotional abuse taking place during the visit for a PTSD diagnosis. Prior to finding this diagnosis I went to court and made motions to change the parenting plan 3 times with no success. I emailed the mother and told her that we need to change things because the children are scared and do not want to travel to see her. She took me to court and had me held in contempt of court. Now scared to go to court again for having fear of loosing my children, I am seeking a petition to hopefully aid in the judge understanding the weight of emotional abuse.
