We have a ratified 28th Amendment and Archivist David Ferriero refuses to accept it.

Congress is land locked. Because of gerrymeandering and huge costs, the 535 people in Congress can't seem to get anything done and change will not come cheap. Big money has created a bar to the common person for a voice in Congress by creating a system that requires huge sums of money to get elected and thus be beholden to those money brokers. Congressmen in the House of Representatives were never meant to be full time elected officials. In fact, they were never meant to represent more then 50,000 people at a time.

In our Bill of Rights, Article the First or the Apportionment Amendment clearly states that we are to have one Representative for every 50,000 people as a ceiling. We are told in "History" that we were short on one state's YES vote for this to be ratified.

In 2011, Connecticuts lost vote (We are told they never voted), was found by a respected attorney from NJ. That attorney can clearly show that 80% of the states by the time Kentucky became our 15th state voted YES for the Apportionment Amendment and that amendment automatically becames a Constitutional law because it is a Bill of Rights article. Our 28th Amendment at this time. If the right to bear arms and free speech (The 3rd and 4th articles and I know you didn't know that) are important. How much more is your voice in Congress, a voice you don't have because you'll never be able to reach a Congressman that represents one million people, not 50,000 like the Constitution states.

This petition was created to bring notice to the Archivist of the United States, who already knows that 80% of the states of the time voted yes for the Amendment (LaVergne vs Bryson)and that the Amendment is ratified, to accept as true, this fact and present it to Congress as is his stated job. Anything less is abuse of his office and against his sworn oath as the Archivist of the United States. It's something all Americans and the World should know. We have a ratified 28th Amendment to the Constitution. God Bless America.

Please share this with your friend. This is a very real amendment. We dispute anyone can show us that 80% of the states by 1792 did not vote for this and we agree that Connecticut and Kentucky did vote for this amendment and it should take its rightful place in our Constitution as our forefathers wanted us to have.
