Demand to include Emotional Support Dog to the Act Of American with Disabilities (ADA).

The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) prohibits discrimination against people with disabilities in several areas, including employment, transportation, public accommodations, communications and access to state and local government’ programs and services. So we are asking to include Emotional Support Dog to the Act Of American with Disabilities (ADA).
ADA does not treats a same disable person with emotional needs who are in needs to have presence of Emotional Suport Dog than other disabled persons with Service Dogs .
so that the Emotional Support dog would have the same rights and privileges as the Dog Service.
ESD helps people with disabilities to live. It allows a person who is not able to leave a flat to allow normal living for a person who has this type of animal. ESD does not need such a great and comprehensive training as the Dog Service, however, its presence in the wheelchair is also irreplaceable. This animal allows the person having this animal to lead an independent life without the assistance of another human being. A large group of invalids does not need and can not afford dogs or animals with special training whose cost reaches $ 25,000.00. ESD with much less training are able to provide patients with much greater freedom of life only by their very presence.
Emotional support dogs are dogs that provide comfort and support in forms of affection and companionship for an individual suffering from various mental and emotional conditions. An emotional support dog is not required to perform any specific tasks for a disability like service dogs are.
animal (ESA), he/she must be considered emotionally disabled by a licensed mental health professional (therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, etc.), as evidenced by a properly formatted prescription letter. Those animals already have many privileges like : • All airline companies will require you to produce a letter from a licensed therapist or medical physician that prescribes an ESA for an emotional disability. Some airlines will also require your therapist or physician to complete a short form that verifies your emotional disability.
The legal protections an Emotional Support Animal (ESA) has are to:
    * Fly with its emotionally or psychologically disabled handler in the cabin of an aircraft without being charged a pet fee.
    * Qualify for no-pet housing (that also includes limited size, breed, or species housing) without being charged a pet fee.
Although it's not required by law, airlines now ask that you have identifying patches, a vest on your animal (or its cage, if it's kept in one), and a service-type leash.
    * The same applies to an attached photo ID card identifying your animal as an emotional support animal (from a credible agency like National Service Animal Registry).
    * Airlines not only strongly recommend that you have an ID card, a service vest and/or ESA patches, but all USA-based airlines now recognize and formally recommend using National Service Animal Registry. When you have an official and documented ESA, the airlines are NOT allowed to charge you additional fees when your animal accompanies you in the cabin of the aircraft.
    * Some airlines have limitations on the species of animals they allow in the cabin of their aircraft.
    * If you have the above items and your answers ready, it will be smooth sailing!
    * However all of this is still not enough for ESD be president in many other places . They are restrained to walk with Disable person to other public or private entity (motels, restaurants, stores, trains, taxis, busses, theatres, parks, beaches, libraries, zoos, etc.) is required to allow your ESA to accompany you and in all other instances, your ESA has no more rights than a pet. That means they aren't protected by law to accompany you into any public place that does not allow pets. That doesn't mean these places won't let you, it just means that they are not required to, by law.
    * Therefore we are asking that ESD be protected in same matter as Service Dog because in many situations are they fulfill the same role as Service Dog.
