Demand stiffer penalties for violations of non-payment of Child Support

I am a divorced mother of two who has legal custody of my two children. I work a full-time job and unfortunately I am unable to meet the monthly expectations of my bills and my children. My ex-husband has lied about his income and therefore was only awarded to pay $35 per week per child. He has refused to pay child support despite a court order we have been in the courtroom 4 times now for non-payment I've had to take off work pay for parking and drive downtown Cincinnati. I have now lost countless hours of potential income. I am giving less than three minutes to speak on my own behalf the Hamilton County Department of Child Support Enforcement Agency is supposed to represent my children who are not there or capable of speaking on their bone behalf. Nothing is enforced!!!!
He is giving a continuance Time After Time After Time.
He chooses to have a job where he does not report his income he chooses to have a job where he does not pay into Social Security or taxes he chooses to deliberately refuse to support his children.
Our current system for child support enforcement stinks.

This is such a concern because there are so many people male or female who have custody of their children and are struggling day today to make ends meet while the other parent is completely relieved of the parental responsibilities and duties as well to not paying child support.

There should never be an opportunity for these men to get 10 20 30 $40,000 behind in child support it's a court order and should be enforced from day one.

I want some new stiffer penalties I want some changes now I want the court system and the judges to represent our children.
It doesn't matter if the child support payment is $30 a week or $300 a week if they miss three consecutive payments a warrant should be issued for their arrest and they should be thrown in jail

Payment in full should be expected before they walk out or are bonded out. And all of the money with the exception of the fee due to Hamilton County go straight to the or custodial parent.

A court order should never be ignored we should have zero tolerance for this kind of behavior
