No Ban on Vaping

This is to tell the truth about vaping. The people that died unfortunately from tainted thc cartridges is not usual and it's understood that teens shouldn't vape. But to ban vaping and flavors all together doesn't make sense. It violates the constitution; the pursuit of happiness as it is a bit only to stop smoking but also a hobbie.
