No public comments will be allowed at the special meeting so we are circulating this petition to show our support of Coach Floyd. The purpose of this petition is to respectfully ask the MVISD School Board to show their support for Coach Brad Floyd by voting NO to the recommendation of terminating him or placing him on suspension without pay (or any form of suspension at all).
This petition is being circulated to show the MVISD School Board and Superintendent just how many people support Coach Floyd. Coach Floyd is a valuable asset to our school district and community. We will no longer sit idly by and watch as innocent, hard-working employees are subjected to such treatment as Coach Floyd (and others before him) is enduring. We also feel that the timing of this decision shows no regard for our students and their performance, hard work, and dedication. We respectfully ask the Board to not terminate or suspend Coach Floyd and to show their support for him by voting NO to either of the proposed recommendations. We ask the Board to put an end to this now and allow Coach Floyd to resume his normal duties.
