Petition against Rental Water Heater Contracts and Monopoly in New Housing

    Rental Water Heater Monopoly. Virtually every new home in Ontario comes with a Rental Water Heater and a very lengthy Rental Contract.
    New Home Owners should be given the option, before the Builder installs a Water Heater, to either arrange for their own Water Heater to be installed, or have the Builder install a Rental.
