Americans Against High Gas and Diesel Prices

Target:
Americans
Are you sick and tired of the gas prices across America?  Most places gas surpasses $3.50-4.00 a gallon and Diesel is almost $5.00 a gallon.

Do you want to put a stop to this?
Lets show our government that we as Americans will not tolerate this, because we cannot get anywhere without buying gas so we have a decision, go to work to survive or quit your job and die.

Gas companies say they are not making a profit off of the price gouging then why is it every year they announce they have surpassed the amount that is there personal best?

In England, the price of gas was 12 dollars a gallon 20 years ago. While I cannot expect gas prices to be reduced, I could tolerate higher gas prices if the oil companies did not make obscene profits.

I think the cost of gas is too much and it needs to be lowered . There is people out there that cant afford the cost of gas but still end up paying for it .

We have the oil resources to stop using the Middle East as an excuse for Higher fuel prices and I believe we should use them.

It is way past time to get off of our oil dependency and switch to renewable sources of energy!!! We all need to stop being so shortsighted!

Even Obama says it's supply and demand. What I find funny is that we aren't allowed to depend upon OUR own oil supply. Why? Democommies. Even in a national crises, democrats still will not allow oil drilling or new refineries. Why do we have so many different gas formulas? Why not simplify? Oh, just to remind you driving is a "PRIVILEDGE" not a right. Funny how Democrats love to spew "Health care is a Right" and will even MAKE you purchase it. To feed my family I have to drive to work, etc. If Democrats have their way you'll be riding a bicycle everywhere.

I am tired of paying so much for gas. It's not supply and demand. It's supplying the rich that demand more money. Exxon has had record profits since these high gas prices have started. There are things we can do to stop this. First we must weed out those who can change the laws, but are benefiting financially from these oil companies. This high gas is hurting our economy and even more important, it's hurting single mothers and poor people who live on a carefully balanced budget

Making $7 an hour with gas prices at 3.90 a gallon makes it ard for one to put food in one's belly

I' am a single 21 male trying to work 60hr a week and a respectable home owner. between bill, morgage, medical insurance, and now i have to worry if i can even drive to my job site that can be up to 60 mile one way. i am a electrician and 120ml a day is long enough to commute at 3 dollar a gallon now it at 4 dollar a gallon a can barley survive let alone ever think about bettering my home or my life style, and they wonder why the housing market is being even more crushed now more than ever. thanks Bush when you came to office gas was 1.47 now a national not local national avg of 4.00 some places even reachin close to 5 thanks bush your a hell a president.

How does Diesel cost more than gasoline??? It's a byproduct of the manufacturing of Gas... Gas companies are crippling our country and the folks in Washington are doing nothing.

If this government wants to fix the economy, control the gas prices so people can actually afford the necessities and maybe they would have extra money to spend to help the economy!
