We are very dissapointed in the lack of actual live feeds this year. i did not pay money to watch fish swim or to listen to the Big Brother music. The point of paying for the feeds were to watch the house guests 24/7. Yet, you continue to charge us every month at full price when we are only getting 45% of the actual viewing time. Please correct the situation and refund the monies to your loyal customers and Big Brother followers.

Not only are the feeds being cut more. I think we should be able to see D.R. sessions. They keep saying they aren't trying to sway the houseguest to change there minds but we here what they say when they come out of the D.R. and of coarse we get fish.... Or like the other night when production came over the speakers in the house to tell the 3 remaining hg to talk about past hg. Part of this was caught on BBAD. I have watched the feeds since season 1. We even use to get to see a few of the comps. At least advertise differantly. We want what we pay for.

I missed the live feed in this years BB. I am retired with plenty of time on my hands and used to love to watch BB in the day. Now by the time the live feed comes on at night there is really nothing to watch as either the housmates have gone to bed or they are not doing anything to make me watch or interest me. How can we possiblh vote for a houwemate when we only see an hour heach evening of edited footage which is not enough to get to know anyone. Having been a fan this season I wanted more and started to watch the free preview 24 hour feeds, what I found out is that the added bonus of these feeds would not be worth the price that CBS requests for them since they continuously black out the feed at every opportunity yet they claim these are 24 x 7 live feeds. If CBS is going to have this much control, blacking out a claimed behind the scenes special feed whenever they feel like it then either give the feed away for free or take it down, at best change the claims, because they are committing false advertising.

For what I get I can get just as much at other sites that broadcast for free, probably more than what Big Brother has been showing this season. That is bad when you can see more video of the show you pay for for free at sites that don't charge. I was hesitant about getting the feeds this season to begin with and now I wish I would have followed my instincts. In order for me to get the feeds next season, if there is one, Big Brother is going to have to make up for this season somehow. You have a lot of angry people out there and it all can't be blamed on Chima.

Although this season is my only experience with live feeds, I feel like I have not been provided with the service that was described. I was under the impression that there would be different cameras on at all times that I could actually watch instead of 4 cameras on one scene (which happens more often than not). I also did not expect for the feeds to cut out as often as they do. I won't be subscribing again after the month I am already paying for is over.

I agree that the feeds are a dissapointment this year. This is my 3rd year subscribing to the Big Brother feeds. I am paying for 4 feeds. I am not paying for 1 feed with 4 cameras on the same house guest. I am not paying for a feed of the control room or fish. I am also not paying for triva. I just want 4 differnet feeds of the big brother house, kitchen, red room, back yard, HOH room or what ever room the house guests are in.

Don't go to FISH if they talk about production. We all know they are on tv and in a house with Mics and Cameras. And it's a game. Don't treat us like children. Do that, and there would be less FISH, more people would sign up, and more people would come back next year. Honest. We can handle it. Behind the scene's stuff is fun. And show at least 2 rooms at a time, if not 4 rooms at a time.

This is an ongoing problem with the constant feed interruptions. Big Brother After Daark never gets interfered with, so why so they feeds? I feel like you servive is unacceptable and I demand a 50% refund, because the feeds are only on 1/2 the time.

Super disappointed in the quality of the Live feeds. I thought that CBS had much more integrity than this. When there is another season, don't be surprised that your enrollment is way down. You are currently setting a standard for CBS viewers to distrust what you advertise.

I am new to watching BB 24/7 but I am very disappointed with the amount of time the service is blocked. You advertise 24/7 and seem to block any little thing. If I pay to watch I should be able to see anything that happens in that house except for game competitions !!

I don't bother getting the live feeds anymore, because when something interesting or entertaining comes up, all you get is the fish tank... waste of money. There should be a disclaimer saying 24/7 does include lots of time to watch the fish tank. Don't expect to see anything worth watching... the producers turn on the fish tank cam when there is real action worth seeing!
