Help stop Gooserides and killing of living Geese for fun in Belgium!

As i was reading our local 2weekly newspaper for some nice events to go to,i was surprised to read about the horror killing of Geese near to where i live as entertainment,to say the least!
Every year there is a traditional party where people actually enjoy cutting the heads of Geese with their bare hands,to win the title of King and Emperor.
It is a game which was made up ages ago,and there are people enjoying or supposedly enjoying doing this nowadays!!!
They call this folklore,but it is just a fact of pure HORROR and BRUTAL MURDER!Please sign this petition and show these people and the government of Belgium this is wrong and against all Animal rights!
Let's stop this insane party,for the highest good of the Geese in Belgium.

Vereniging Vermaak na Arbeid,Fam.Gabriels,gemeente bestuur van Berendrecht,Lillo en Zandvliet en alle andere mensen die hierbij betrokken zijn.
Dit is een dringend verzoek om voor eeuwig te stoppen met het doen van ganzenrijden met levende ganzen.
Hoe kunnen jullie deze ganzen vermoorden terwijl zij levende wezens zoals mensen zijn,met gevoel en een geest?!
Hoe kunnen. jullie dit een feest noemen,terwijl de Ganzen wreed vermoord worden.
Dit is GEEN feest en het wordt tijd dat jullie dit per direct veranderen.Dit gaat tegen alle dierenrechten in!!!
Op sommige scholen wordt dit feest gevierd met papieren ganzen,een prima alternatief.
MOORD is geen feest,en zal nooit een feest worden.
STOP met het vermoorden van levende ganzen tijdens deze evenementen!!!

The killing of live Geese during these events which you call a party are against all Animal Rights!
Do you realize Geese are living beings with a mind,a Spirit and feelings just like human beings???!!!
This event like it is has to stop directly!!!
I have heard of alternatives with paper Geese,which is the alternative you have.
Stop the brutal killing of Geese in your so called festival of Geeseriding now!!!
We demand this,for killing Geese is not a party at all!!!
