I am on probation and I am an at risk alcoholic, and have been using Marijuana for years, and I'm at risk of relapse due to the probation department and the powers that be here in Michigan, denying me my right to my Medical Marijuana prescription and use. I would like to continue using and also would like to protect myself from being arrested for a probation violation, and I am also hoping to protect myself from being more at risk for relapse. I have not had a problem with relapse until I was denied my right to Medical Marijuana.

I am a responsible contributing member of society, and I am an at risk for relapse alcohol addict, and I am struggling with that, and I am more at risk now that while on probation I am being denied my right to natural safe medical Marijuana, even though I have my state Medical Marijuana card.  I myself along with many others would like to have the law allow for people on probation or parole the right to use medical Marijuana for recovery, rehabilitation, along with the general medical purposes.
