We do know it is not 'official' by any standard, so this petition is in hopes that you would strongly consider not robbing the fans in this world of a great show before it's time is up.
The show is intriguing and the writing has been superb. Greg Berlanti has created a solid and never seen before show tackling the spiritual and questions we all need to ask ourselves. We may not be as vocal as some, but we do love this show. The cast that has been assembled is diverse and strong and provocative in their performances. They touch a nerve in us and draw us in with their heartfelt performances. We feel their love of the characters and investment in them. The show has so many options of where the storyline could diverge and go. So many paths that it could take. And that is another reason why we love this show so much.
It gets to the heart of a lot of things and it challenges us to be better. I don't know of any other show of its' kind. It challenges us to not take the easy road. It challenges us to not take the road paved in gold, sacrificing the best part of us that is human and sincere and geniuine. It provokes us to passion and dedicating ourselves to the pursuit of ideals.

I do not need to be teased like this---this is akin to be given the 'red carpet' treatment, onlyto have the rug pulled right from under you. This will bring FANDEMONIUM out of fans like me. Give me and other fans what we are worth...a show that touches us where we are now, far removed from fizzled-out trends.

I looked forward to this show all week and now have and am enjoying the first season DVD set. It is an uplifting show and that is something we could use right now. In fact, cancelling it at this particular time is just adding insult to economic stress injury and down right unpatriotic! Something with this positive of a message is salve and greatly appreciated since it gives a feeling of hope and faith. It has to be good for the country and probably even the economy(by putting poeple at ease) as it reminds us that everything can work out no matter how tough or difficult the circumstances= if we have faith.

In an era where reality junk has infiltrated and derailed the overall quality of televised content, quality shows such as this have become a rare gem of originality and intelligence to be appreciated and cherished. ES has been a genuine pleasure to watch, a notion which both myself and many friends of mine share, and its cancellation is nothing short of a pure shame.

Before Eli Stone went on the air, I saw the promotion ads and thought it looked very corny, but after watching part of the first episode, I was hooked. Eli is one of the few programs I "TiVo" and one of the only programs I have actively talked to other people about, in an effort to get people to watch. I wish networks would realize that they cannot get loyal viewers when they broadcast a show for a few weeks, take it off the air for a few, put it back on (maybe on a different night), etc. NOT EVERYONE LIKES REALITY SHOWS!!! I love "Eli Stone" and miss it. At the very least, please air the last episodes that have been recorded.
