In 2009 there were 832 cases of Animal Abuse in the United States, California, Florida and Pensylvania have been the leading states. Animals are tortured by: Hoarding, throwing, beating, poisoning, burning, kicking, drowning, hanging, unlawful trapping, bestiality, mutilation and,shooting.
That's the bad news, the good news is that you can help avoid the same thing happening this year here are just a few ways

3) Adopt a pet: Adopt don't buy every pet you adopt equals one pet avoiding abuse
4) Educate our children in the understanding that animals ought to be respected and not abused: our children are the future of this world also do it by not abusing animals yourself and try to help them
5) Help the Enviroment: Stop fueling up the air and start respecting nature many animals are endangared and extinct because we are not taking care in this simple way
