save the cats in china

Cat, for thousands of years has become the most important pets and friends of human beings. But in some region of china, for example kanton, people still eat cats meat.  the cats will be killed cruely.  Although there are still a lot of cat lovers in china who are against this crueness, more steps should be taken. The goverment need to establish effective laws punishing and forbidding cat hunting.
