Say NO to battery farmed meat in pet food

  • by: Bunnyhugga.com
  • recipient: All pet food manufacturers who use battery or inhumanely farmed meat
These days a growing number of people deliberately choose free range or at least humanely farmed meat.  But do we think about the meat in our dog and cat food?  Probably not.  The truth is that the huge majority of pet food brands contain battery or inhumanely farmed meat.  Bunnyhugga is aiming to:

1. Raise public awareness and encourage pet food companies to switch to humanely farmed or free range meat products

2. Promote the brands which already contain free range or humanely farmed meat.  These are: Almo Nature, Arden Grange, Bern Pet Foods, James Wellbeloved, John Burns, Pets at Home, Royal Canin

Please sign the petition to show your support for this campaign.  Thank you!
We the undersigned urge you to consider changing your policies on the source of meat in your pet food products.  The general public is becoming more and more aware of inhumane farming methods and the impact on animal welfare and we encourage you to follow public opinion and ensure the meat in your products is humanely farmed.

We ask you to put pressure on your suppliers to find cost effective alternatives to inhumane farming and actively promote your brand as cruelty free.

Thank you for taking the time to consider this issue.
