Remember...these are not farms or farmers like we have known. These are concentration camps for animals owned by huge corporations that care about our health the same way their workers care for the tortured animals. Support your local farmer who still raises livestock as they should be raised and are treated humanely in the end.

I have been eating meat since I was little and recently a Blood Type Diet came out that specifies me as a TYPE O needs meat more then anything else in my diet or else suffer weight gain and lethargicness etc which i know is true because I do feel sick to say the least without protein and not tofu!

Anyone who decides to continue eating industrially farmed animals should spend just 1 hour in a factory farm, then another hour at the slaughterhouse. If you can't do that, you acknoledge that your personal emotional comfort is more important than widescale torture and slaughter. Vegetarianism is easy, healthy, tasty and environmentally friendly. Free range meat can also be purchased for the occasional meal if one so chooses, but factory farmed meat is wrong.
If you wouldn't want it to happen to your pet dog or cat, understand that it is immoral to promote such cruelty for convenience.
