Stop Home Depot abuse of supervisors

Home Depot is crippling supervisors, destroying families and generating billions of dollars in future taxpayer liability due to injuries to employees from poor work load management which will lead to debilitating musculoskeletal injuries.when these employees become seniors.

Home Depot, although it has policies stating otherwise. tacitly approves of store managers and assistant managers to run roughshod over supervisors, which are hourly employees.

Some of the abuses to supervisors include:

1) Giving more work and tasks than work hours permit completion of, mandating supervisors work unpaid to complete asks assigned and of which they fear reprisal for if it does not get done.
2) Not compensating employees for medical costs associated with injuries received on the job even though workmen's comp claims are filed;
3)Deliberately playing with schedules to cause maxmimum problems with the employee's personal life
4)Favoritism
5)Withholding information to allow reasonable completion of scheduled tasks injury free
6)Deliberately setting supervisors up for failure
7) Providing workloads designed to cause injury deliberately
