Urge Public Officials To Raise "Quality Of Life" For Mangana Hein Road Residents!

This petition is to notify you of an urgent issue that affects the "quality of life" of Mangana Hein Road residents. Recently, Webb County has neglected Mangana Hein residents by rejecting solid waste services. Many residents don't have the financial assets to remove their trash and has resulted in serious health concerns. Mangana Hein Residents have accumulated bags of trash after Webb County has deprived trash bins from the residents and have been told that the County will no longer pick up the trash. Mangana Hein residents have the right to receive services, the United States of America is not a "Third World Country", by which residents are forced to live in harsh environments.

I ask for help, because children are being exposed to unsanitary environments; due to the fact that the trash bins, as well as solid waste services have been denied by the County. An equal opportunity of fair living has been denied to children, because residents are being deprived of basic sanitary services. Health concerns are imminent, due to the large volumes of accumulated trash, and the "burning" of trash by residents. Mangana Hein Road needs more attention from the public, Mangana has no running water, some residents don't have electricity and now trash won't be picked up. The signatures below are from Webb County residents that demand action and immediate solution.
