Dog's lives are at stake in Hermiston Oregon and a wonderful person is going to be arrested because she is not going to stand for these animal's to die.

On November 20, 2015 Umatilla County Sheriff's Dept. contacted a man in Hermiston Oregon telling him he had to get rid of his dog's because 1, He has way to many 2. The dog's are living horrific condition's. No food, water or shelter. It's below freezing in Hermiston this time of year and as you can see these poor dogs are suffereing. Literally freezing and starving. The following day Fuzzball Animal Rescue went to the man's home to offer help for the dog's. The man relinquished all but two dogs to Fuzzball rescue. Robin Barker with Fuzzball Rescue took the remaining 2 dog's food and doghouse's, at that time the man demanded the dog's be returned. Robin told him he relinquished the dog's to Fuzzball Animal Rescue and he has no right's to the dog's anymore. Why would he let her take the dog's one day and then ask for them back the next?!? The man called the Umatilla County Sheriff's Dept. and told them he wanted the dog's back and that Robin was refusing to do so. The Sheriff's Dept. called Robin and told her she had to give the dog's back where she politely told him NO, that she was not going to put them back in the horrible living condition's they were living in. The officer then told Robin she will be arrested and charged with Felony Theft if the dog's were not returned and she told him to come arrest her then. Robin has still not been arrested at this time but is waiting for them to arrive at anytime. We have Robin's back and will stand by her all the way on this issue. Please help us support Robin and try and bring awareness to the animal problem that we have tried to address for years with nothing but denial coming from the city manager of Hermiston.
