Thank you to any and everybody who chooses to read and sign this. Let's make a difference in the lives of all sex slave and HIV/AIDS victims of all races, ethnicities, genders, sexualities, and ages everywhere.

I recently watched a news report pertaining to the UN World Summit on AIDS, tuberculosis, and malaria being attended by Justin Trudeau. I find it not only necessarily painful to inform Mr. Trudeau of the dangers and illnesses that perforate society as a whole (or at the very least in its current state) due to the pandemic that is pornography, but vitally heartfelt in regards to my agonizing plea for condoms to become legislated as mandatory for use in all pornographic films written, scripted, performed, edited, created, produced, filmed, and marketed in Canada for all male pornographic actors. With the spread of sexually transmitted infections such as syphilis, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, gonorrhea, and AIDS (as well as all others that I personally am not even aware exist), it is not only imperative that such legislation forcing condoms to be worn in all adult films or pornography in Canada become actualized, but tortuous and criminal that they not be.

I personally can attest to the dangers of viewing pornography, particularly in large quantities, and the negative and harmful impacts it can and DOES have on a "customer's" mental health, specifically when it is ingratiated and internalized at such a young age for a such a long period of years. Erections become more difficult to achieve and sustain, the developing teenage brain is rewired to think that women are not only emotionless objects of sexual desire incapable of emotion (or agonizing physical pain), but created, breathing and alive for purposes of fornication, (or to be more pragmatic and realistic, but simple toys or dolls to be utilized purely for self-gratification and sexual conquest, specifically if such conquest or gratification involves any and all forms of sadism). This not only victimizes fourteen-year-old boys brains (which are unstoppably developing as they grow into twenty-five-year-old men by convincing them of these false truths and forcing them to horribly justify such acts of violent objection of women (many of who are just eighteen or nineteen-years-old themselves), but forces said teenage adult film actresses and models to perceive themselves as nothing more than a bottle of lotion and a rag (although to be pragmatic and realistic once again, more accurately as disease-ridden harlots, tramps, or whores, who are the stained scourge of society's darkest depths that should (and deserve to be) discarded like a tick that is imminent in exploding infected blood onto all that come into any type of contact with them, or live on the same planet as them, for the rest of their existence.

This can and MUST be stopped, and in relation to Canada's track record regarding human rights (such as the Rwandan Genocide or the Peace Keeping Mission in Afghanistan), there is NO justifiable OR legal purpose for this lack of legislation to continue to be in existence, particularly when it should have already been correlated to have become law simultaneously with the legalization of marijuana, which the government has pledged to enact sometime next year. For obvious reasons condom use should and must become law in Canadian pornography; I personally would like to list some of the ones that have forced to me to write this letter and start this petition to the Canadian government themselves. I can attest to a very high degree to the psychological horrors of pornography addiction, and have suffered trauma due to a ten year pornography addiction that was completely based on internet viewing of completely accessible and free content of all kinds of sexual acts geared at either very young post-pubescent boys or sexual predators, nearly categorically, if not completely so. The billions of dollars involved in the pornography industry in North America "earned" and then funnelled back through legal loopholes designed to perpetuate mass rape in third world countries (for example) are not spent by men viewing plus size lingerie models or even Sports Illustrated bikini models. The advertising money is spent on violent objectification of women and teenage women (whose brains are still developing) in order to force them to perform crude, derogatory, and in some cases illegal sexual acts (that casts them as criminals in a whole other degree of revulsion) that would more often than not constitute sexual assault or rape. I sporadically have nightmares about sexual acts involving me and people who I never have or ever will meet, including celebrities who I will not name for the most obvious of reasons. This is two thousand sixteen. I implore Justin Trudeau and his appropriate minister(s) to enact legislation making the use of condoms for all male pornographic actors mandatory in Canada so that all STIs can be prevented during any pornographic creation, rape can be more difficult for those desiring to perpetrate it to do so and said perpetuation less profitable (exponentially), and so women involved in the pornography industry (as well as young men with developing brains) can begin to be educated as to the dangers of entering into the pornography industry without proper legal requirements and statutes mandated to safeguard them with the utmost respect for their international human rights, and constitutional ones as well. I personally have sought psychiatric treatment in a hospital in my city of residence for my addiction and have been successful in my personal commitment to not view any pornographic material on the internet or television (or using any other medium) for eight months and counting.

The real reason that condom use for male pornographic actors in Canada should be law is that the estimation of the number of girls and women forced into sex slavery and being trafficked varies so ambiguously that there could be anywhere from well over 500,000 (UNDCP estimate in 2001) to 3,500,000 (UN and USAID estimates in 2000) at any given moment. Even the US State Department estimated in 2005 that 600,000 to 800,000 girls and women were being trafficked as sex slaves internationally each year. The United States ranks each country by "tiers" according to the effort they are making to avoid sex trafficking. Canada is ranked in Tier 1, and it would do best for the country and its citizens as a whole to make sure it doesn't drop a level by mandating condom use for all male pornographic actors in Canada, as well as for all pornographic images involving both men and women available in Canada.

The global rate for a slave worldwide is $90. Trafficking primarily involves exploitation which comes in many forms, including: forcing victims into prostitution, subjecting victims to slavery or involuntary servitude and compelling victims to commit sex acts for the purpose of creating pornography. I was unable to find any statistics pertaining directly to the number of fatalities regarding sex slaves in any US State Department Report.

One in eight people living with HIV (Human immunodeficiency virus) are unaware that they have the disease. More than 1,200,000 people residing in the US are infected with HIV. Of the past ten years, the number of new HIV diagnoses fell 19 per cent from 2005 to 2014. AIDS.gov states that the decline may be due to targeted HIV prevention efforts, but that progress has been uneven, and diagnoses have also increased in a few groups. Pornography is not simply opposite sex "erotica", gay and bisexual pornographic films are also acted out, filmed and produced in Canada. Gay and bisexual men are the demographic most affected by HIV. In 2014, they accounted for an estimated 29,418 diagnoses among males and an estimated 67 per cent of all diagnoses. African American gay and bisexual men were recorded as being the largest group of HIV victims at 11,201, while white gay and bisexual men numbered at 9,008. Diagnoses of Hispanic and Latino gay and bisexual men increased by twenty-four per cent, whereas young African American gay and bisexual boys and men (aged 13 to 24) suffered a revolting 87 per cent increase in HIV diagnoses. Progress has been made since 2010, but only by a mere two per cent. This rate must be exponentially increased and continued if any headway is to be made into the prevention and cure of HIV/AIDS in the black youth community. In 2014, an estimated 20,896 people were diagnosed with AIDS. Since 1980, 1,210,835 people have been diagnosed with AIDS. In 2013, it is estimated there were 12,963 deaths (due to any cause) of people with HIV infection ever classified as AIDS, while 6,955 fatalities were attributed directly to AIDS.

Please do the right thing and make both the "adult film industry" and sex trade industry safer for all Canadians of all ages, and send a stalwart message that these illegalities, poisons of the mind, spirit, and heart, human rights abuses, and tortuous sexual violence is abhorrently vitriolic in nature and reality and that it will not be permitted in our desirably great nation of Canada.
