Thor and Baby Zen comply with the established pet policy, are registered, have registration tags and have resided with their owners in Waterside South for 2 years (Baby Zen) and 3 years (Thor). There have not been any incidents with either animal but the HOA is requiring them to be removed from the property as a result of a vacationing resident being fearful of them.
