Upgrade your windows, now!!

I recently replaced the windows in my home in order to reduce my energy use. As suggested in a Care2 article I read, I am saving hundreds of dollars a year in electricity. The windows cost $6000 to install which I put on my credit card. My interest rate is 14%, which equates to $840 per year. Can Care2 offer me some advice on how to pay off my credit card? I'm not saving enough in energy savings to offset the interest, let alone the cost of the windows. Maybe Care2 could do a follow up article on this, and offer advice to people like me that want to save the planet from climate deniers, but aren't wealthy. Keep up the good work!
