BBC LICENCE FEE RIP OFF

The BBC keep putting up the licence fee but are not giving people value for money because they are constantly showing repeat of repeats, the people of the UK have already paid for the service 5 fold.I feel the UK government should pull up the BBC regarding this issue.
They also have shares in UKTV which they are showing adverts on. Many people don't no that the beeb own UKTV. They don't care about the viewers many people love the programme Doctor Who but have to wait till 2020 Please sign & make the BBC finally think of the Licence payers
