They would like to personally tear down the property at 22-24 Clover St in Johnstown in order to expand their back yard. Under the ACT 135 of the Abandoned and Blighted Property Conservator Ship Act Donald and Lisa McLean want to take ownership of this property. The propery is not available through any tax sale, sheriff sale, or anything similar. We've been looking into the house for five years now and the property has been vacant for at least twelve years. The exterior looks much better than the inside because it has siding, but the interior is literally falling in, don't let the siding fool you.
