Removal of security guard.

The undersigned are requesting the removal of security guard wayne cookes, from the 2100x0500 tour. Mr. Cooke has shown to be disrespectful and fails to follow instructions. Mr. Cookes has had several problems with agents/supervisors and need to be remov ed from this towpound or at least this tour. Supervisors need to be checking up on him to ensure he is station at his post. Mr. Cookes has also had issued with echvaria and IOri. The was also a problem with Supervisor Alvarez, were the agent falsified the time he signed in, and was disrespectful when question about it. The last issued was ,he was missing from his assigned post for about an hour, and had attitude when instruted to return to his post. The undersinged is requesting Mr. Cookes be removed from this tour.
