Issue is Social Security is going after parents specially those who can not work due to there disabled child there for if they recieve any Child Support from the father Social Security then CUTS the childs Social Security payments a lot of families survive on! This hurts the family and causes more sacrafices to have to make and causes a hardship on many many families this should not be the case child support for the disabled child is for the disabled child and there needs it should not be counted as to where ssi takes away money from the monthly check that is so little to begin with that families have to live off of. This is America and this should be a law that child support should not be counted against a disabled childs ssi! And all money that ssi has taken from the families should be paid back every penny of it in ONE lump sum!!! Shame on them shame on America to do this to our children!!!!!!!! Parents should not be billed for overpayments of any kind THIS IS NOT FAIR AND IS WRONG ON SO MANY LEVELS! ALL DEBTS SHOULD BE RELIEVED IMMEDIATELY! THIS SHOULD GO IN EFFECT OF LAW IMMEDIATELY LEAVE THE PARENTS AND PAYEE AND DISABLED ALONE! WE GO THREW ENOUGH PAIN WE DON'T NEED ANYMORE!
