Refridgeration trucks running 24x7 in a residential area

Long term constant low frequency noise is interfering with people,s sleep which can have a devastating affect on their health and possibly hearing loss.Property values are also negatively impacted.
Get rid of the noise with bylaw changes or through public pressure to do the right thing.
