MSAW, stop animals abuse in your shelters!

A few months since "mum" case who was beaten by MSAW staff in a college in Mauritius, team members from NGO Angels of the Voiceless (under registration) went to MSAW dog pound in Port-Louis on Thursday 21st January 2016.
Around 50 dogs were there... We saw sick dogs, one dog rotting (head being eaten by maggots), Maggots on the floor, dogs in chain, broken legs, sick ones with healthy ones!
We urge Mauritian Government to take actions and make things change in MSAW shelters.
