Balfour Beatty Changing lease without legal rights

We as a community want privacy, respect and one set of rules not 10. We have complied with your threatening demands even when you discriminate against some families and not others. For Example: Officer housing under the same rules and guidelines are allowed to make changes to fences however others are not allowed to do so. Another Example: Older housing has the right to take the fence completely down and no regards what so ever... however other families are being harassed day in and out and threatened due to decor that is place within the property that we lease. This decor isn't even touching the fence and this is where you have "guidelines " that you say we have broken however its not in black and white. We have lived in HELL long enough!! We want to be able to live without worries of ridiculous notices and ridiculous request that are not written in our lease. We want this to stop! You have caused this community to feel like we are in prison not on a military installment. Military housing should be for military families to feel welcome and protected within the community. However we have a office manager that is completely rude and unprofessional. She has screamed in children's faces and inconvienced many people for no reason and with no legal standpoint. Our lease already states that if we damage the property we shall pay, trust us your shadiness is already out there from many others that have left the post! You charge for things that maintenance screws up or fails to completely repair. This also needs to stop! Pet Fees. These were issues in July of 2016 ANYONE before that had an animal shall be grandfathered in. This does not give you any legal right to turn around and change their lease within the lease that is signed. IF you are allowed to do that then we DEMAND a refund for our increased BAH that was issued as our Spouses and Military Dual Families get as a Promotion! My question is.. Civilian families including our Community Manager that lives on post... are they getting increased rent cost every time they get a raise?? This is not acceptable when you allow others to get a refund for old housing and not offer it to long term tenants... We demand it to stop or be equal. - WE DEMAND AS A COMMUNITY *Stop Changing our lease after we signed it * Stop harassing families when they have clean and delightful backyard * Stop discriminating against some families and not others * Stop harassing one family just because they brought something to light that you didn't like! * Stop harassing our animals and allowing children to hurt them * Stop bothering families and choose a battle thats worth fighting for ** You have caused some families to move off post and be within a unsafe environment for their children just because you have some "issue" toward military families! If you don't like your life and your job... Find another! We demand Change!
