Lets use Windmills and Geothermal Energy for Hybrid cars

We need Pfizter and other hybrid cars so we can save the stratosphere. We need these to go on the road soon before the law goes into effect and we need them to be affordable for even poor people since we can not afford a thorough train or bus system.
