DEMAND CONGRESS REPEAL THE ACT TO KILL BEARS AND WOLVES IN HIBERNATION

Congress has signed a bill allowing anyone to kill Bears and Wolves in Hibernation. This is complete animal cruelty and there is no justification for it other than to boost gun sales.

PLEASE IMMEDIATELY REPEAL THE BILL YOU JUST SIGNED TO KILL HIBERNATING BEARS AND WOLVES AND THEIR BABIES. THIS IS BLATANT ANIMAL CRUELTY.
