Poor care of personal property and damage of vehicles

hello fellow units owners and renters,

I am writing this pettion to advise and make aware the poor care and complete disreguard for renters property i.e. cars that are parked inside the complex.
as you may or may no be aware of the caretakers and gardeners that regualarly carrying out works around the complex which is great.
But what you may not be aware of the damage and complete disreguard for our propety while these works are carried out. More specifically the use or misuse of powered leaf and dust blowers used in and around our cars. I have personaly seen and have video evidence of these care takers blowing dust and rocks in, around and on our cars, even after numerous times of informing them of the damage being done. I have had my brand new car fixed 3 times from PROFESSIONAL deteailers and paint correction specialist that have come out to fix and caught/ brought attention to why my car has mirco srcatches and swirl in the paint.

Although this may not seem like a issue or harmfully the cost in these repairs have started to add up adn as i take pride in my posessions as im sure most do. This issue has been noticed by a few other residence and most of which arent happy, so also not aware.

I would like if it isnt to much trouble or take up any of your time that you sign the bottom of this petition and make comments if you feel necsessary and place back on your car windscreen so i may collect the next day and bring this matter to the body corperate..
