Make an international agreement to cut down on CO2 emissions, NOW!!!

Its has been years that we have put up with global warming, but we are beginning to see the drastic changes in environment, it is nearing winter in the UK and it is sweltering hot, CO2 emissions are extremely high yet not many people care. It is extremely concerning and I think that world leaders from all over should sign an agreement to cut down on CO2 by at least 5%. This includes alternatives to fossil fuels, more 'green' methods of transport and make sure that MNC's no matter who they are should use more eco-friendly methods of making their products.
