Help Us Get Bulk Pickup For Free

I think that it will be a cleaner environment if we have free bulk pickup just like in hamden. We pay alot of taxes and I feel as the need since we are paying taxes I think our money should be used for a free bulk pickup. I also feel the need that bulk pickup should be scheduled at least 2 times out the year. We have imfested rodents in our neighborhood aka the "Hill" due to hazardous backyards abandoned houses and sometimes sidewalks. Are tax money goes to the city and this is what are city looks like.

Tony Harp is suppose to have the city in a safe clean environment. Some large items cannot be thrown away because they are too big to fit in your trash container. Basically we should have free bulk pick up because we pay taxes in New Haven for our city to look like this.
