Make hunters liable for damages they cause to others, give them jail time just like any other person

Why should hunters be praised for harassing people and then cry fowl when someone stands up to them? That's right, hunters can harass and threaten people, and hide behind the law when someone stands up to them, and that person gets prison time and to add salt to the wound they have to pay a fine. Why should hunters get more rights to be bullies and everyone else can't touch them? Links are included.
Over the years, Hunters, has also harassed a lot of innocent people. There has also been reports of the NRA praising the hunters for harassing the people, yet, when someone stands up to the hunter the NRA is all over it. Why do they have the rights to be bullies to people and get away with it? And for further proof, here are links with reports dating from 2004-2011 of hunters harassing people, there is also one of a toddler being hurt by a hunter's stray bullet.

Why is it ok for hunters to harass people, but, it's an offense when people stand up to the hunters? Hunters protected from harassment. Our system is broken, it's ran by corruption, money, and bullies. Even now, hunters are getting away with trapping and shooting family pets. Upon further research, I've noticed that hunters has a lot of laws that protects them, yet, there is no law that protects people from hunter harassment and threats. Shouldn't there be laws to protect people from this?

What gives hunters the right to be praised as untouchables, while anyone who opposes them is sentenced to prison, and is labeled a “terrorist” to them? Also, by law, harassment is punishable, yet, these hunters constantly harassed and threatened these people. The hunters threatened to kill them, they've threatened a man and his family, forcing them to move else where. They've threatened a mother, let their dogs kill her daughter's pet: ducks, chickens, and geese. They've also trapped the mother and daughter inside to where they could not get out.

Isn't the law suppose to stop the harassment, and not belittle the people who call in these threats?
This needs to stop, hunters shouldn't be glorified for crimes they commit, they should be held liable for damages caused to the people they've harmed. They need to be tried in court, where the judge isn't a hunter or is on the side of hunters, yet, will put anyone in jail who speaks against a hunter. The law needs to be unbiased, and start listening to other people not just those who kill for fun.
