Make Oakhill Great Again

Oakhill College has a bias way of deciding who gets to be college captain and this needs to stop. The whole process is based off people who are good academically being able to go through and the people who do not try in class not getting a chance. This is ridiculous and it needs to stop. If you want real change in Oakhill College don't vote for anyone hand picked by deans and students, instead vote moat.
