Amazon have stolen my money and have not given it back. They have left my kids without money and don't care. Please help.
On the 22/03/15 Amazon took 79.00 out of my account for a service I did not ask for. They charged me for Amazon Prime for 1 year. I did not ask or authorise this payment for this service. This has also happened too many of my friends and colleagues.
When I contacted Amazon the drone who answered the phone insulted me by saying that I was to blame and I must have signed up. She was rude and showed little empathy. I was passed to a Supervisor who again didn't care and told me I could have my money back but would have to wait 2-3 days.
This was not good enough as I informed them they had no right to take my money and it should be paid back instantly. I needed that money as it was the last 80.00 I had until payday. I have two children to provide for and I needed nappies for my 1 year old.
Amazon didn't care and sent me a smarmy email ending in the slogan 'Your feedback is helping us build Earth’s most customer centric company’.
I contacted a complaints team after many hours of searching for a working email. They also didn't care and told me they had no reason to compensate me as providing for my children isn't a good enough reason.
I responded angrily demanding they give me back my stolen money and compensation for the inconvenience.
I got this reply: We regret that we have not been able to address your concerns to your satisfaction. However, it is our position that your issues have been resolved and we see no justification for providing you any compensation.
We will consider this matter as closed and do not see any merit in continuing a dialogue on these issues.

I still have not received my money after 5 working days. I have had to borrow money to support my kids which I will pay interest on. Amazon do not feel this is an issue.
