STOP the Nanyuki Municipal Council from poisoning dogs!

In Nanyuki we have a number of stray dogs, which the council could help but would rather scatter poison meat to KILL these dogs istead of trying tp give them a chance! 
PLEASE stand up and show them what they are doing is abosloutley HORRENDOUS!
