oversight and accountability for California DCFS

For decades now the California Department of Child and Family Services has operated without oversight. It has continuously abused its power and unjustly removed children from their homes, abuses and intimidates loving oarents who just try to cooperate. The social workers operate outside the law, file false claims suppress, destroy and create evidence to support false claims, and commit perjury with impunity. The DCFS and child court take advantage of the secrecy and confidenciality of child court records to conceal the blatant corruption now endemic to the system. California has the largest DCFS in the world and a high rate of incarceration. This sbuse of power can no longer be tollerated. Mr. Govenor, please investigate unlawful actions by the social workers, DCFS and the childrens court. Hold everyone accountable to the rules of law, juris prudence and high ethical standards that such a position of responsibility warrants. Establish an external system if oversight and case review as well as an internal affairs division within DCFS so good social workers can call attention to illegal practices conducted by unethical, immoral and irresponsible social workers. Please establish oversight in the childrens court to make sure the rules of law are upheld, all parties have their side responsibly represented and a fair judgment rendered. The children and families of California are sufemtional emotional, mental and physial abuse at the hands of DCFS, childrens court and sadistic social workers. This abuse is unecessary and illegal. Please uphold the law in these matteres to the highest standards. We the undersigned emplore you, Mr Govenor to implement these regulatory measures with the hughest priority.
Thank you!
