Do Away With Orange Trash Bags

In 2001 the city implemented us to start buying orange trash bags to put our refuse in plus having to pay for trash pickup. There are people that get overlooked on this and put out regular white and/or black trash bags at their private residence and it gets picked up, others have done this and found their trash still sitting until it’s put in an orange bag. Plus it has been witnessed of the refuse department putting all the trash ( orange bags, recyclables) all in the same part of the truck, what purpose does this serve? With so many people struggling to pay their bills we the people of Chillicothe, Mo. in the county of Livingston deem that the use of the orange trash bags that cost $5/10 multiple times a week be stopped.
