INNOCENT AND CONVICTED

Cory Desarno was innocent and convicted of crimes he didn't commit. Cory was innocent and asked to plead to three years. He refused because he was innocent. Cory asked for a trial even though he knew he would have to remain in jajil for another 15 months before trial. Mr. Clayton Biddle the DA who prosecuted him hid evidence that was crucial to setting him free. The evidence was testimony given by one of the witnesses during the pre-lims which he probably told the lead witness Summer Lewis and the rest to not repeat that in court. The statement that was given referred to a person who had bonde hair and wore a hat. They could see the hair because it was kinda long and hanging out from under the hat. Cory has black shaved head and is half hispanic. The SHeriff's Department fixed the photo lineup so that all guys had on gray and white shirts except Cory. He had on a red shirt. That made it easy for Summer Lewis not meeting or knowing Cory Desarno at all. SHe did not even know his name in court. She was asked to point him out and had to take alot of time to figure it out. Then she was shown the photo lineup and picked him out of that! A fixed photo lineup. The two co-defendants Robert Miller and Corey Holman were responsible for the incident that happened. On the night of August 26th at a taco shop in Lakeside CA Kyle WIlson the victim and his friends were getting burrito's. Kyle WIlson went over by his truck and started to eat his burrito when someone ran up behind him and slugged him in back of the head. He fell forward and as he hit the pavement with his face he fractured his jaw. Then Corey Holman got into an altercation with Chris petrille who was trying to protect Kyle Wilson. Robert Miller and Corey Holman pulled out box knives on these kids and threatened them. Summer Lewis called the Sheriffs for paramedics for Kyle Wilson. Corey Holman and Robert MIller were arrested. Robert Miller was on parole which started on Feb.12th,2012 and was a two striker. He was going to make sure he didn't go to prison. So, Corey Holman told everyone to lie and say it was Cory Desarno. Cory Desarno wasn't there! He was in Crest CA with friends and family.  On NOvember 8th Cory Desarno was arrested for a 246 A assault with bodily injury. He was taken to the San Diego Central jail. After spending two months in there he was transferred to the George Bailey Detention Facility in Otay CA near the border of Mexico. He spent 15 months in there until his trial was over. On December 10th 2013 Cory Desarno was sentenced to 9 years in prison for a crime he didn't commit. The judge was going to send him home, but the DA got up and started talking about stuff that happened seven years ago as a juvenile, once again where Corey Holman had my son do time for him in juvenile hall. His parents even thanked me for that. During the trial the jury tainted itself in the hallway. Trying to hear what we were talking about and the jurors telling the other ones to be quiet so they could hear us conversing. The trial should have been declared a mistrail or a new jury brought in. The county attorney that Cory had really didn't do to much for him. I was very disappointed in the whole trial. It was a complete mess. Cory's witnesses were excused for no reason. Testimony from the family and friends was thrown out by the DA. The sheriff's detectives also made errors in their reports and detective Ellen Vest was asked why she was allowed to make errors in her reports and she replies"I am human". I just had to laugh! Really?? Corey Desarno is very innocent and was not at the scene. These people lied to protect Robert Miller from going back to prison for life on a third strike. Corey Desarno is now in a State Prison in Chino CA. Is this where this innocent kid belongs? He did nothing wrong. False arrest, a DA just wanting glory for his name, a judge who was unfair, a jury that was tainted. The witnesses who lied in a court of law, and to law enforcement.
