Tell DSL and SLB to amend the CZMA to include strong laws to protect us from mega energy exports.

Mandatory state Coastal Zone Management Act laws are inadequate to protect people, health, wildlfe, lives, property, waters, fishery, beaches and navigation from mega mine export of coal and LNG  pollution, fire and explosions, that are causing rapid climate change and harm the environment. Coastal states must amend their Acts.

Dear Department of State Lands and Board,
The power to stem climate change is in your hands. The tools were provided by Department of Commerce National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration in the Federal Coastal Zone Management Act which foresaw danger to health, climate change, violent explosions, loss of property from eminant domain, loss of wildlife and poisoning of fish, food chain and humans when giving you authority to protect us all from encroachment of mega coal and LNG exports. Please type the Act into your search engine and read the first part to see your tools for strengthening state law defenses. Please, we demand meaningful amendment of the Coastal Zone Mangement Act. Thank you!
