We are demanded to pay child support, lets demand them to provide recipes

We have been demanded to pay a set rate of child support each month with no real proof that the mother uses it towards the child. Legally we should have the right to know what are money is spent on, on a monthly basis. The family support division should provide copies of recipes of every penny spent using child support
