Justice for Katelyn, Allow Service Dog at Co-op

The pastor at my co-op is making it extremely difficult for my service dog to accompany me.

Unfortunately, this is legal under the ADA title III, which says that churches do not have to comply with the ADA.

For some context, Baymax is Katelyn's Service Dog, suggested to her by her health professional.
Katelyn has had multiple brushes with death including Meningitis at 3 w/o & Meningitis with septic shock when she was 11 y/o. Three concussions in a 9 month span made already existing symptoms much worse.
A Neuropsychological evaluation showed that her visual-spatial & Visual-motor skills are ranging in the 1%-19% (100 percentile being the best possible)
This is resulting from a developmental disorder & damages the diseases has left.
Baymax is trained for Guide Work so Katelyn no longer runs into objects & people as well as Migraine & Hear Rate alert.

One of the conditions the pastor requires is that Katelyn is to get the okay from classmates & teachers.

Baymax is extremely well trained & witnesses can vouch for him. He has also earned his Canine Good Citizen & Canine Good Citizen Urban which evaluates behavior & obedience in public. Dogs must pass 100% to earn the title.

Worried about allergies? No problem. Out of curiosity to others & just plain hygiene, Baymax is bathed once a week & brushed every day. He is kept as clean as possible.

Please consider signing this petition to help Katelyn have her medical equipment at co-op.
